I was just wondering if it generally takes long for a PDF file to be imported to be used as a jotform?
I have a couple of Word Doc I printed as PDF to pull through into Jotform. The idea was, the guys on the floor can fill all out electronically instead of pen and paper, and scanning later.
I left an import overnight, but it seemed to hang. So I tried just pulling in a small doc as a pdf (approx 2pages) but it seemed to hang also.
Maybe there is a preferred pdf printer to use? I use PhantomPDF

Hi Seaquestbrian,
It doesn't take that much time when importing a pdf file to JotForm.
After you have printed your Doc file to PDF. Kindly try uploading it again.
I have created a word file > printed it to PDF, then saving the PDF file. After saving, imported it in JotForm and it uploaded after a few seconds.
Please give it a spin and don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.
