Jot Forms Disappeared

    I believe I created a Jotform account under on February 10th. Trying to login now and not having any success. I also am not receiving any password reset emails.

    When I try to access my Jotforms I am getting a Form is Disabled email. Would love any insight on how to fix this. These are my forms if that helps in any way.

    Your account was suspended due to having a field to collect credit card details in one of your forms.


    We can only re-activate your account if you allow us to remove the fields.

    Oh yeah ! Please delete it ! I’m so sorry. I honestly don’t remember that being on the form. I thought the form we created was to authorize a company to run a card. Not actually collect the card information. But delete whatever you need too.

    We have deleted the offending fields from the form and activated your account.
