Cannot access account.

Hello,

This is not the account I could not access this morning. My username was Zintel, the email is President@mountainartistsguild.org. The one below is one I accidentally created today trying to access my account for which the password no longer worked and I was not able to get a reset email from Jotform. My account has two forms I am using and it is on the Bronze plan. This one below has no forms and no plan. I never used it. I need to be able to access my Bronze plan account but I was locked out of it. Please help me get access to the account I am paying for.

Your using accounting@mountainartistsguild.org for Zintel account. Please use that email when resetting the account password. Your President@mountainartistsguild.org email is used under Dawn_Zintel.

Try that email I've shared above and see if you are able to access your Zintel account.
