Form over quota

I have a link on my business website for clients to fill out my form. I was just notified that my form is now not viewable. I have deleted all my submissions a couple days ago to free up storage space. It says I'm using 0 of 100MB. I am below all my submissions, views, upload space, etc for my free account. Can you please help me why my form isn't showing up?
