Account: Out of upload space even after deleting most of my submission

    Hello,

    We received notice this morning that our account was out of upload space. I went in and moved the vast majority of our submissions to the trash and cleared out my trash, but our account says that we are still out of upload space. I even went in and cleared the cache in our account settings, and this didn't work either. I believe the account is stuck and still isn't registering the fact that we deleted submissions. We need assistance with this issue.
