Submission page

    When on our website bhfcfinancial.com we have a button (contest entry) that goes to jotform. Our customers are able to go to the form and fill it out and submit it. After they hit the I'm not a robot button and click submit they are taken to a screen that says sorry page can not be found but we do get their submission. I have done a test and I received the page is not found but my submission is in our in box. Thank you.

    We apologize for inconvenience. It could be possible also the issue was due to the form link in the website not using the secure (https) URL.

    Please try re-adding the form link using instead its https URL link https://www.jotform.com/form/42377205130950 in your website page.

    Let us know if issue persist even after doing this already.
