WHY WAS MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED?

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as the form was marked as SPAM. Did you try to reply/forward submissions multiple times in less than a minute?

    I have gone ahead and activated your account again. All your forms are back online and should work as expected.
