PDF editor always reverting back to old version

PDF-editorissa on ongelma. Otin vastaan lomakkeella lähetettyjä tietoja ja olin muokannut asiakkaalle lähetettävän PDF-tiedoston omalla designilla ja omilla tiedoilla. Kahden päivän aikana muokkaamani PDF palasi PDF-editorin oletusasetuksiin itsestään ja asiakkaat eivät saaneet minun PDF-tiedostoani, vaan PDF-editorin oletusasetuksin olevan tiedoston. Jouduin tehdä kaksi kertaa uudelleen oman tiedostoni, ja nyt muokkaamani tiedosto on taas palannut oletusasetuksiin.

Tiedostoni pysyy muokattuna pienen hetken ja muutamat asiakkaat saivat oikean PDF tiedoston, mutta pienen hetken jälkeen editori unohtaa tekemäni muokkaukset. On kamalaa, että asiakkaat saavat vääriä PDF-tiedostoja ja on myös kamalaa, että joudun koko ajan tehdä niitä uudelleen. Tein muokkaamastani tiedostosta myös varmuuskopion, mutta myös se oli muokkautunut takaisin oletusasetuksiin? Missä vika?

There is a problem with the PDF editor. I received the information sent on the form and had edited the PDF file to be sent to the customer with my own design and my own information. The PDF I edited in two days returned to the default settings of the PDF editor by itself, and customers did not receive my PDF file, but the file with the default settings of the PDF editor. I had to redo my own file twice, and now the file I edited has reverted to the default settings AGAIN!

My file stays edited for a while and a few clients received the correct PDF file, but after a while the editor forgets the edits I made. It’s horrible that customers get false PDFs and it’s also horrible that I have to constantly make them again. I also backed up the file I edited, but it had also been modified back to the default settings? Where's the problem?

I have checked your forms, and it looks like you have several PDF documents. Can you please let us know which one are you referring to?

Also, do you perhaps have an example PDF document you could share with us, so we can see how the document was like before it was restored? If possible, please upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or another similar service, and share the link of the file with us.
