Set up the SMS for different app notification

If I’m setting up notifications for different forms for my websites how will I set up the sms for different app notifications for example do I just put there phone numbers in to register the app

Unfortunately, it's not yet possible to directly create an SMS notification on the Form Builder, since our email notification cannot be set up as text only.
