Hi,
We have a form that we use to collect survey's but when I look back there is only 1 in there.
We've had several people submit survey's, how do I look at past submissions?

I looked into your account, it looks like you have a total 9 submission under the account ABEA20 with no unpurged Trashed Entries.
Please kindly noted that once a submission is purged, it is no longer in our system and we do not have a way to recover it.

Where can I find these 9 submissions? I am only seeing 1.

I apologize for my confusing answer on the previous reply.
The 9 submissions are referring to the total submission from 7 forms under your account. Please refer to the following screenshot:
For the form: 201734899802060, there is only 1 submission under the form: ABEA Survey Request Form.

I have received several emails from people submitting survey's and I have the emails from Jotform but they are not in my profile anymore? How do we fix this?

I also can't find any logs from our system for the given form. There's only one log for your current email address - it's the submission mentioned by my colleague.
We can further trace this, but we need you to forward the emails that you receive from the surveys. Please forward to support@jotform.com. Append Ticket #2781315 anywhere in the subject line or body of the email as your reference.
