If someone needs to insert a series of numbers that need to be added to a pdf, how can I create on the form?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

To clarify: are you wanting to have your form respondents fill out certain number fields in succession on your form and then have these fields appear in that same order on the resulting PDF or are you wanting to have them fill out a PDF and then submit it to you via the form?

I want to ensure that I fully understand your question before providing a solution so that it is as pertinent to your use case as possible.

We look forward to your response.

    Hi there,

Thank you for confirming your use case with us!

In this case, you may add the fields onto your form in the order you'd like them to appear on the PDF. For the purposes of this example, I've created a very simple demo form.

    1) First, I added three Number fields to the form:

    2) Next, I set up the the Notification emails that will be sent to me upon a form submission to attach a PDF of the number fields in the same order they appeared on the form:

This way, when I send through a test submission and fill out the form, the resulting PDF attachment in the notification email will look something like:

Of course, this is a very simple example, and you can use our PDF Editor to change the resulting PDF as you wish.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist further.
