Appointment weekly widget not refreshing.

Hi, I have a training booking form created. I have a drop down menu where user choose which training to book then another drop down menu will show to choose date then a weekly appointment widget of chosen date will show with time ( only 1 date with time option ).

The problem is this: If the user changes their mind and go back to drop down menu where they will choose which training the drop down menu to choose date will appear and change accordingly but the Appointment Weekly Widget will not change if it was already ticked.

How can I achieve to refresh the Weekly Widget Appointment according to the date chosen without the user refreshing the page?

To fix the issue you are having, please try changing how your form behaves when a field is hidden conditionally. Please set the fields in your form to clear when being hidden based on another field's answer or value on your form. I just would like to add that you may apply the changes on a cloned version of your form first and make some test submissions to see how it works.
