How to integrate my form to hubspot

    To whom it you may concern,


    I would like to integrate the form https://form.jotform.com/203535866251154 to our hubspot. However, when I click the green bottom of `add form` in this page, the new page just keep spinning but never fully load.

    Thank you for reaching out.


    I have duplicated your form and have been able to integrate Hubspot with my copy.


    I have cleared your form's cache, if that doesn't solve the issue, could you also clean your browser's cache?
