    Hi there,

when a customer gets my contract form, it prompts then to either sign up with google, sign up with Facebook or sign up with jot form. How can I make it so then simply click on the link and fill out the form without having to take this additional step? trying to making this user friendly.

It could be that your forms are set to private.

You may set the form to public so that anyone with the Form link may be able to fill the form.

In your Form builder>Publish, click on Settings

In your settings, select public form in your access settings.

You can also invite your users using the email if you would like your forms to be private.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,
I just changed it to private today, hoping it would change something. the
link that populates only allows people to fill out the contract if they
sign into fb or sing into a jotform account. can you look into this? is
there an email i can send to you so you can see for yourself?

Setting your form to private will keep you users still have to login with Google, Facebook or JotForm account to be able to access and fill the form, if you want them access it without a login then you have to set your form to Public.
