When trying to submit an order customers are receiving the error message "Order ID is missing from the form submission"

I have checked your form and it seems you have set your PayPal checkout payment mode to TEST.
If you would like to receive payments, you must set the payment integration to Live Mode.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

Kindly follow the guide below to set up and connect your PayPal Checkout widget. Note that you need to have a PayPal Bussiness account in order to use this widget.
