Captcha not loading

Just recently our capthca prompt is not loading on our ipads. I am able to see it when I view the forms on my computer. Has there been a new update or something different that would cause us to lose the function on our ipads (it has been working with no issues prior to today)

The error message says "could not connect to the recaptcha service. Please check your internet connection and reload to get recaptcha challenge"

We are not having any internet issues on the ipad.
