I can't reset the submission count for one form despite deleting all submissions

I tried to clear the submission of my form (200315767948463), but it keeps saying I have 25 submissions, and it also says I have exceeded my submission storage, but I cleared the submissions of all forms, and I still see it.

What can I do?

I have recalculated your Total Submission. It should be displayed as 25. Could you kindly reconfirm from your end?

Let us know if it's still showing otherwise. 

It should not show 25 - it should show 0!

I wanted to clear my subscriptions, so this is what I did. The subscriptions list is empty, but still, in the main form, it says it still has 25 subscriptions. I want it to show 0.

Upon checking your account and form in question, I do still see the submission count of 25, even when clearing your form submission count. Indeed, upon checking the corresponding table, I see that you have cleared out these submissions. I do not see these submissions clearing from the count, but I do not see them in your overall submission count.

I have escalated this to our Level 2 team to look into; as soon as our team has an update for you, we will communicate it to you here.

Thank you for your patience as we looked into this for you!

I see that there are a few submissions in your Trash folder for this particular form: if you clear those submissions out of this Trash folder does the issue still persist?

Here is how you would go about clearing the submissions:

First, click on the three dots in your submissions tab, then click on Trashed entries:

Then, check the Select All box:

Once checked, you should see the Delete Forever button pop up. Click this to delete all submissions forever:

After you have done this, please check to see if the number of submissions has reverted back to zero.

I cleared the trash of that form. Now I have -224 submissions...

It seems something is not working very well for you in this form...

OK, refreshing the page cleared it back to 0, so I guess you can close this ticket, but you might want to look into why I still had 25 submissions although I deleted all submissions.
