Hi please someone get back to me I've written in several times. I am being told that I am out of space and my forms are disabled but I have deleted all forms and emptied the trash and it is still saying there is no space. Please help!! I need to be using this for work. Thanks.

Please note that there are submissions in the Trashed folder of the submission page of both forms in your account:
Please purge these submissions and then the upload space will get reset.

Hi I have deleted all of the trash and cleared the cache as well. Can you please tell me why it’s still saying the forms are disabled?

As we check the forms in your account, they are being displayed normally. We have also remove the scheduled downgrade since the submissions from the Trash also cleared.
