Issue with a condition not working as I had intended

    Hi, I am having trouble with some logic I am using on my form "Registration Flow". For the question "Is your IVA ongoing?" if the answer is yes, the only page that should show is the message

    "We are sorry....

    You have told us you have an ongoing IVA. Unfortunately, we will need your IVA to be completed before we can continue with your registration.

     We apologise we are unable to assist and please get back in touch once your IVA is completed."


    Instead, a submit button is shown at the bottom of the question. I can't work out what I am doing wrong. I have set up a condition to hid multiple answers based on the answer being "yes", but it's not working. Can you help? Thanks

    Hi there,

    I tested your form, and I'm getting the same behavior, however, that doesn't seem to be an issue since that what is set on your condition. The message you are referring to is showing when I'm choosing the right options as what is set on your conditions.

    May we know what were the options you were choosing which leads the message to not appear?

    Hi, the message should appear if I choose "yes" to the question "is your IVA ongoing". Instead, I see a submit button (as per my screen print on the original question).Choose following path:

    ........

    Q: Have you (or your partner) ever had a CCJ issued against you?

    A: No

    Q: Have you (or your partner) ever entered into an IVA?

    A: Yes

    Q: Is your IVA ongoing?

    A: Yes

    You only see a submit button.

    Hello @timporter,

    Actually, I have tested your form and it seems that the message is appearing after you answer yes to the "Is your IVA ongoing?" question. And there is a submit button, however, it only appears on the page with the message.

    Can you please answer the preceding questions in the following way and record the results:

    Q: Have you (or your partner) ever had a CCJ issued against you?

    I do not see the message, I only see a submit button.

    Hello @timporter,

    I have tried the steps you mentioned and I am able to replicate the issue. It seems that the submit button appears instead of showing the message when selecting "Yes" to the "ongoing IVA..." question.

    I made a clone of your form for testing purposes and I found that adding one more condition that will force the form to show the final message solves this problem. Here is a screenshot of the condition I added.

    Apologies for any delays. I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was able to reproduce the issue you have described. To fix the issue, deselect the 26. We are sorry....You have told us you have an ongo... option from all the conditions that suggest it is supposed to be hidden. Those are conditions #7 to #12 and #20 in your form.
