    Hello,

I've been testing the PDF templates today and after creating one myself and submitting a test form - the download of the PDF came up corrupted. I can see the information submitted on the Submission page but when I download it as PDF all of the submissions are corrupted - lots of random characters is showing instead of the original text. When I tested it for the first time and submitted my details - it came out okay. Now when I'm downloading all 4 test submissions it's all corrupt. Please see the attachment.

Could you kindly let me know if I am downloading the forms in a wrong way or if there is anything I can do to ensure that the forms are not currupted when downloaded?

The submission on your screenshot is encrypted. Encrypted submissions cannot be downloaded as PDF.
