Constantly being logged out.

I'm a new user, no obvious reason, chrome on a macbook, no plugins etc.

To clarify, is the account logged in on different devices simultaneously?

Please, note that our normal session lasts around 2 hours, then you need to re-login

Often, this issue occurs when the IP address is changed due to disconnections or when using a VPN.

In other cases, the idle time would also cause the issue.

How often are you being logged out?

Hi Alex,
About every ten seconds. I logged in using Google, but it still keeps
asking me to signup etc.
Can I send you some screen recordings? They aren't full of action, it kept
going right, but then eventually you'll get a flavour of what's happening.
