My account is suspended and i am not sure why

    Good afternoon, my account is suspended and I am not sure why. I only have a form for my desserts and clients to order. Can you please unlock my account or tell me what I have done wrong. Thank you so much!!

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended because our anti-phishing system marked your submission emails as spam. Upon checking your emails, I did not find any issue with that. It seems our anti-phishing system suspended your account by mistake.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account. Your form is back online and should work as expected. Do try to sign in to your Jotform account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Another issue is that you have not verified your account email yet. I have sent a verification email again. Please click on the link to verify your email again.
