Submission uploads: Cannot login to view a file.

    Can I confirm are you not able to login to your account, or not able to view uploaded files from the link?

    From the screenshot, it looks like you are trying to view uploaded files. It might be that the person who owns the form, has set the uploaded files only visible to logged-in accounts.
    Could you try to login into your account on the Jotform main page, and then try to access the link?
    If that would not work, would you be able to provide us the link that you are trying to access?
