Scheduled email is not being sent on specified time.

    Hi there,

    I am having trouble scheduling a weekly email with my client check-in form.

    I am trying to test the function using two of my own email addresses although they are not being sent/received.

    I did receive 8 emails with the form at 8 different times early this morning which was not the time that I had set for the email to be scheduled

    Please assist with this

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and found that you have set daily reminder email which will be sent at 1PM Sydney time. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please do not edit the schedule reminder time, and it should work as expected.

    Please monitor your reminder email and get back to us if the issue persists.
