Buttons not working

My client is trying to click next on the form and it's not working. We have never had issues with the buttons not working.. Please fix ASAP. https://www.versatiledjent.com/reserveoffline

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form, and it seems you only have a single page form. Have you deleted the page breaks from your form or changed the form layout from cards form layout?

Please note that we had a temporary glitch with the next button of cards form layout, but it is already fixed. I would suggest you to please change the form layout again to cards form layout and get back to us if the issue persists.
