Problem completing the jotform on computer

    We have a jotform set up for application questions for roles we advertise.

    When the applicant tries to complete this on their computer device it is not allowing them to go to the next page as they enter the name?

    We have tried on a mobile device and it seems to be working but on desktops it is not. can this be fixed?
