Existing form won't advance between questions.

Hello,

I am currently running a giveaway for my business and utilizing one of your forms to collect entries. The form has worked perfectly until today. The link still works and will advance from the Welcome screen to the first question screen, but then won't allow anyone to continue from there. The bottom button to advance just won't work and I've tried in on mobile and desktop applications. I've tried cloning the form and publishing that, but the same error occurs. Please assist in getting the form live again so my giveaway isn't hindered any further than already. Thanks!
