How do I change the jotform on my website to an amended jotform?

I have cloned and amended a jotform admissions form but do not know what the next step is to change it for the one on my website.

Is there a number I can call to speak to someone or can you email me instructions to admin@birchwoodnursery.herts.sch.uk ?

You just need to grab your form's desired embed code and add it in your web page.
