Unable to Access attachment when integrated with Monday.com

    Hello Team,

    We integrated Jotform with monday.com and now managing all the submissions in Monday.com Board. However, my team members are unable to download the attachments. Is there any specific access I need to provide them in Jotform to view/download the attachment? I've attached the Error Screenshot for your reference.

    Good day, please log in to your account, then go to your account privacy settings to uncheck this option: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings


    So, they will be able to download the files from the links. Let us know if you have more questions.
