    You should not have suspended my account. We are using the form I created for my work for committee sign up. The influx of opening the form is because we made the committee sign up as a game where whoever signs up first for a committee, will get a prize!

    Could you please re-establish my account? You are more than welcome to check out the form if you like to verify validity of the form.

    This kind of action, without further investigation from the account holder even if it is a free account, is a big turn off. I was testing out your company as to how I can use it for my organization but this kind of action is unacceptable.
