One of the PDF doesn't send to Dropbox

    I have 2 pdfs

    1 called Licensing Agreement

    1 called Terms of Service


    The TOS makes it to the drop box, but drop box says the License Agreement is empty.

    Why?

    To clarify, are you referring that the PDF is empty on the corresponding field? I was able to view the PDF from my end.

    When the files are added to my Dropbox through the integration, this signature comes, the PDF of the Licenses agreement comes and so does the TOS.     Hi Support_MyTown, thank you for clarifying with us.

    I was able to recreate the issue from my end. It appears the issue is within the PDF file itself. If you still have the .docx file of the Licensing Agreement, kindly save it as a new PDF then upload it again on JotForm. Otherwise, you may use the mirror I provide here.

    Please give it a try and let us know if it doesn't work for you.
