Locked out of Account

    Hi there,

    We are locked out of our jotform account. It states too many requests when we try to reset the password and it says it is locked when we try to use the password.

    Please advise asap.

    I've checked your account whether disabled or not. I have flushed your login attempts to the account. Could you please try logging in again?
