Dropbox integration lag time

Hi there, We are experiencing substantial lag time with dropbox integration. All submissions contain a jotform, a still photo and a video file - oftentimes the video file doesnt arrive for some time (in the dropbox app) - is this a DB app issue or something to do with jotform?

Yes, there is a slight lag time to receive the video file. I uploaded a 15 MB file and it took a 5 to 10 sec delay in receiving the video file on dropbox.

Could you let us know what is the file size of the video file that you are uploading and how long does it take to show up on your dropbox floder?
