I'm having an issue with my autoresponder email #2

I have two auto responders. One goes when the customer hits submit. That is working great! The second goes on edit, and is to notify them when their order is ready. I had an issue with this earlier and was given a work-around of using a hidden field and having the email go on edit. Two things are happening. On 4 forms, there is no email going on edit to the customer but IS coming to us. On one form there does not appear to be an email going at all on edit

I think the problem is related to the date and timezone. I could not replicate this, but the other method of sending the autoresponder is through conditional logic.

    So, do the following:

    1. Set the Autoresponder Email #3 to be sent right away instead of the Date Completed field.

No need to change the other settings in the autoresponder, especially the Send on Edit.

    2. Now, set up conditional logic to send the autoresponder email #2 when the Date Complete is filled.

The conditional logic should be like this:

    Thanks

I think I have it set up incorrectly. I submitted an order and received
    both auto responder emails.

Thank you! This has *almost* fixed my issue. I am able to get the
autoresponder to get an email to my customer, but I am also receiving the
email in my inbox. Can you help me with this?

Actually... I figured it out. I had a send email on edit clicked that I
    did not need to have.
Thank you for all of your help!!
