Forms deleted

    Hi there,

    I have had a few problems recently in trying to merge two jotform accounts. I managed to add on the "admin@biminisharklab.com" to my original "bbfssharklab@gmail.com" and thus was able to deleted the original (and out of date) email.

    Now I can log in to two separate accounts using each email (both use same password), and neither have any forms or data saved.

    Two things - please can you update the original bbfs account to use the admin email ONLY. Secondly, please can you advise on where my forms have gone? We are a non-profit and many of these forms are prospective students so it is essentially we get the data back. I look forward to hearing from you.

    The forms are stored into the account AdminSharklab (admin@biminisharklab.com) there is a deleted account (not purged yet) which was using the same email address, so instead of the email, please try logging in with the username AdminSharklab .
