    Hi,

I have to send a form to customer but it has some parameters in a url that are mandatory to send but I don't want to show them to customer. For example:

    1) We have a parameter already_pay=yes, we send it to few customers whom we want to give a waive off for time being but if they have seen the parameter, they can use it in future as well when they have to actually pay.

so please help me how to hide the parameter from a url.

    Thanks,

    Sidra

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to hide the parameters from the URL. If you are prepopulating fields using URL parameter, it will always be displayed in the URL.

I would suggest you to please embed your form with parameters in your webpage. You will be able to share the web page URL with your users which will have not parameters but the form embed code will have the URL parameters to populate form fields. The following guide should help you how to embed form in webpage: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Embedding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page
