Cancel and refund subscription

    I have two jotform accounts. Today, I accidentally upgraded my one with username mcgratsa instead of slainesmiles. I have now upgraded the slainesmiles one but wondered if you could refund the mcgratsa one as this is surplus to requirement and was only upgraded in error.
