Sever issues/downtime

    Hello,

    We have been having a lot of issues with jotform being down due to front end/backend server issues. Can you provide some insight as to why we are experiencing this and how it is going to be resolved? We are using jotform to help manage consents and documentation electronically for COVID19 vaccine appointments, so when this issue happens it fully handicaps our operation in getting vaccine out in a timely manner. I like using Jotform and would hate to switch from it now but this is becoming difficult when it is unreliable.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the server and it has already been fixed by our backend team. The forms should be loading normally now. Please check and let us know if you notice any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
