Archive vs. trash

Hey just thought I would double check before I did something I regretted. What is the difference between archive and trash? If I archive a form I no longer want to use does it just stay in the archive folder or will it eventually get deleted?

You archive a form if you want to use it again at a later date, whereas the Trash folder contains the forms that you have deleted.

Forms in the archive folder are never deleted unless you manually delete them, whereas forms in the Trash folder are automatically deleted after 30 days. You have the option to restore the forms from both the archive and Trash folders, except that you need to restore them from the Trash folder within 30 days.
