    Getting message that the reset password code has expired as soon as it comes to my email when I request a reset password

    Thank you for contacting support.

    From our backend, your email ronald.bolen@sbcglobal.net is on GUEST account.

    Please note that reset password will not work if that email is not fully registered. To complete the registration of your account, please go to this page: https://www.jotform.com/signup and register your account using the same email address.

    Perhaps you are referring to your other Jotform account? May I ask if it took some time for you to open the reset password link? Kindly request for another reset password link https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password and try accessing it on desktop.
