Why have we jotform branding on our page??

    Hi,

    We did the payment few days ago, please check why wee got downgraded and what does this means. I did a quick test and was able to receive the form, is there a time/quote, how does it work?

    Also I wrote few weeks ago we have jotform branding on the bottom of the form even though we have paying account.

    Please advice, thank you!

    Hi Tomaz,

    As per checking, your account was downgraded to the Free plan. Also, I could not find any recent payment received from your account. Could you please provide us with an invoice or a bank statement showing the recent payment?

    Please also note that you can only hide JotForm branding if you have a paid subscription.
