    I only wanted charged for 1 month of Bronze at $29.00. I just received my credit card statement and it said I was charge $29.00 and $143.83. Can you please tell me why this is and can I please get a reimbursement for the $143.83 and whatever service it is connected to cancelled?

    Hello Nicole, it seems you first purchased a monthly plan, but then you switched to the yearly billing cycle, I've canceled and refunded both charges, so your account is back to free.
