I have an old email address on file and therefore not getting my notifications.. when I go to change it says it on file but does ny edit it help

I am assuming that you are attempting to change your email address from your Account Settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
Are you receiving an error message when you attempt to change your email? If so, could you please take a screenshot of it and upload it here? Here's how-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-to-the-support-forum
Or, you may need to switch your browser and/or clear your browser cookies and cache and then try again. Could you please let us know if the issue persists?
