Not able to View Attachments

We are not able to view the attachments online for scholarship applications. Attached screenshot of the issue.

I've cloned your form ID91061094543453 and I have noticed that the option 'Send Uploads as Attachment' is disable.
Please go to Settings>Emails>Notification>Advanced and enable the option 'Send Uploads as Attachment' as shown on the image below and click on Save:
