Setting up auto e-mail appointment reminders

    I have looked at the tutorials for setting up an automatic appointment reminder e-mail 1 day before the customers appointment and I still can't figure out how to set it up. I would like an e-mail to go to customers 1 day before their scheduled appointment. I am trying to do this on this form:

    Can you please help?
