How it's possible to create and save a PDF template?
And: each PDF template must be linked to a specific form? Or a single PDF template can be used for more forms?
Also: it's possible to use a PDF template to receive data from a table (and not from a form)?
Thanks.

Yes you can take advantage of our PDF editor to add a "PDF document in form. The following guide should help you how to add the PDF document and customize it: https://www.jotform.com/help/555-applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document
Once you complete the changes, you can then save the PDF as a private template. Please check the screenshot below:
When you save the PDF document as template, you can use the template in other form as well. Please check the screenshot below:

Please note that PDF document is linked to specific form but as explained above, you can save the PDF as template and use it in other form as well.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to show the data from the table? Please note that when you receive submission in form, it will be saved in table and the same data will be displayed in PDF document as well.
Hope this helps.

Thanks.
Regarding the 3 point (PDF from a table). I refer to the case a table is not linked to a form. If I create a new table for example, without to have the relative form, I can use the data of the table to generate a customized pdf?
Thanks.

Yes, you can. Technically, the table has an ID that can be searched on our end. You only need to open the table and click PDF Editor at the top left side tools to access the PDF editor of the current table.
