HIPAA compliant forms fail to load

Are your servers down? The system has been really sluggish lately. Yesterday it took an inordinate about of time to run a report on one of our forms, and today some of our forms that are embedded in our sites are not appearing. When I view the console tab of Chrome DevTools, it's giving the following error: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502"

    Help!

ETA: The issue appears to be limited to the forms that include HIPAA compliant fields. Other forms we have in use that do not include PHI protections are appearing/functioning as expected.

Additionally, when trying to access a table of submissions, we get this error:

    Temporarily Back-end Unavailable
We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume between our front-end and back-end servers, and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

I saw that you have responded to other help submissions that the issue is resolved. Ours is resolved as well.
