How to create a quiz form with scoring?

Is it possible to create a quiz that does not have correct and false answers, but where you get a different score for each answer? I would like the score to be added up in the end of the quiz and presented to the participant with a grading.

I started a form from scratch, without a template, and managed to assign values to the different answers (see screen shot). But I cannot find a way to add up the values, so I'm stuck. Can you help? Thank you!

You may add a form calculation widget to the form to calculate the total of the values.
