Google Drive Integration: Option to select which PDF version will be sent to Google Drive on Smart PDF Forms

    I currently have the system setup to integrate the original PDf but i also have other forms that i created that i want to be sent at the time forms are completed. Is there a way to have more than just the original form sent to drive using the integration?

    Just to clarify, you have created another PDF documents in your form and you also want them to be sent to Google Drive too on every form submissions aside from the original PDF document you received? If yes, this is not currently possible but we can escalate this to our developers as a feature request so this will be considered in the future. Kindly confirm if I have understood your question and if this is what you're looking for.

    Yes, that is correct. Ok, well is there a way to choose which form is sent
    with the integration? or does the system just choose the form that is first
    and subsequent forms are not sent with the integration.

    I'm afraid that there is no option to choose which PDF document version will be sent over to Google Drive. By default, it will be the Original PDF copy of the submission that will be sent, not the customize PDF copy of the submission.

    I have forwarded your concern to our developers as a feature request. Although we cannot guarantee that it will be implemented anytime soon, please be assured that once the feature becomes available we will notify you right away on this ticket.
