Submit button disappears

The submit button appears when I'm looking at the form in building mode, but when I use the link to attempt to make an entry on the form, there submit button is gone.

We apologize for inconvenience. I have fixed it on your form by adding another Section Collapse field before the Submit button. The section collapse is set to visible section and hidden button.
